DISCUSSION ITEMS D) Term Extended – Michael Braden • Approved new roster of committee members that were expiring, three on this committee. • Terms for Sandy Shelton, Marc Berg, and Andrew Maeda are up. E) Lion’s Parking – Michael Braden • Preliminary motion to fund a parking lot on the very eastern strip of Lion’s Park. • We Would remove horseshoes, we would have to rework the memorial tree, and possibly a power supply would need to be moved. • Preliminary motion passed by City Council to draft up resolution by staff to make this happen. F) ODF Update & TAC – Michael Braden • Grant that Corinna and I are working on, we have had help with Public Works and Al (Haun). We are under the stage right now, where we have a contract with a landscape architect who is writing the Greenspace Masterplan. • One step we made sure they included in our task list was our TAC (Technical Advisory Committee), you are officially invited to serve on the TAC.
