Mayor Osborn called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
The invocation for the evening was the Lord’s Prayer and was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Bancroft, Bottecelli, Lockwood, McDermott, Osborn, Suchowski.
Absent: Sage (excused).
Others Present: Chris Patterson, Legal Counsel; Lynn Markland, City Manager; Jennifer Kienast, City
Clerk; Tessa Stickel, Communications Coordinator.

Suchowski reported on the Fenton Celebrates America 250 logo.
Lockwood reported on the Fenton Celebrates America 250, Arts & Culture, Art Walk Theme, Genesee
County Art Millage, Beautification Commission, Land Bank, and Cemetery Walk.
Bottecelli reported on Small Cities, Pedestrian Safety Meeting, Restaurant Week, and Park & Recreation.
Bancroft reported on the Library Board.
LEGAL COUNSEL REPORT
Patterson reported on the following:

• Community Center
CITIZEN’S COMMENTS – None.
CONSENT AGENDA
Mayor Osborn reviewed all items on the Consent Agenda:
• Authorize payment of invoices in the amount of $324,477.89
• Authorize payment of Community Center invoices in the amount of $8,475.18
• Approve and place on file the minutes of the following meetings:
July 17, 2025 DDA

January 5, 2026 Council Work Session

A motion was made by Lockwood and supported by McDermott to approve the consent agenda as
presented.

NAYS: None.
