Applications 1. 320 Asbury Avenue / Block 3801, Lot 1.02 / APW Redeveloper LLC & Asbury Partners LLC / Waterfront Redevelopment Area / Prime Renewal Area Applicant seeks to construct a mixed-use development consisting of a five-story multi-family building containing 50 apartments, a three-story commercial-residential building with approximately 5,000 sf of commercial space and eight residential units, and a four-story townhouse building with nine residential units. Off-street parking is proposed in a surface lot, within town-house garages, and at the ground level of both multi-family buildings. A minor subdivision is also proposed to create two lots, one containing the mixed-use building and the other will contain the multi-family building, townhouses, surface parking lots and driveway access. There are design exceptions required for various architectural design standards of the Waterfront Redevelopment Plan, including but not limited to building frontages, parts & elements.
