MINUTES OF THE APRIL 07, 2026
REGULAR MEETING OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The regular meeting of the City of Shelbyville Redevelopment Authority was held in the
Common Council Chambers of City Hall on April 07, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. In attendance were
Commission Members: James Garrett Jr. and Tyler Brant.
Minutes from the April 14, 2025 meeting were read. Mr. Garrett asked for a correction to
the spelling of his name in the minutes. With correction, Mr. Brant moved to approve.
Mr.Garrett seconded the motion. The motion carried on a 2-0 voice vote.
As there was a secretary position open, Mr. Brant stated he would take on the role of
secretary for the RDA board.
Next, Brady Rogers with Reedy Financial Group presented the annual report. Mr.
Rogers explained what each section pertained to the RDA board and asked for any questions
from the board or public. No public questions were presented in regards to the financial report.
Mr. Garrett moved to approve the annual report and Mr. Brant seconded. The motion carried on
a 2-0 voice vote.
Mr. Garrett moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Brant seconded the motion.
The meeting adjourned at 4:38 p.m.
