Fire Dept Board Room, Odell, Illinois, February 9, 2026 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Fire Dept, Board Room, 210 S. Front Street, with President Josh Osborne presiding, and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll Call

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Tom Russell, Jeff LaBorence, Aimee Voss, Rudy Hannibal, Randy Pagel

Trustee Members Absent: Steve Verdun

Treasurer:  Jim Rebholz

Village Attorney Present: Nick Ehrgott was Absent

Clerk – Kristie Moore

Minutes of January 12, 2026 Regular Board Meeting

Trustee Tom Russell moved to approve the January 12, 2026 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee Jeff LaBorence;

Yeas:  Aimee Voss, Rudy Hannibal, Randy Pagel, Jeff LaBorence and Tom Russell -5;

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the month ending January 31, 2026 are present for review and approval. Bank ending balances as of January 31, 2026 are listed as follows:

Monthly Bills

Board Listing Report # 854 and 855 representing all bills for the Village due in February; and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for February for $5,758.77 was presented for payment approval.

Trustee Tom Russell moved to approve Board Listing Report #846 representing all bills for the Village due in February; and the Between Meeting Paid Bill List for February for $5,758.77; second by Trustee Jeff LaBorence
