A. Applicant Family Nurturing Center has requested the following variances for
the commercial property at 380 Centre View Blvd. in the RP-1 Zone:
1. A front yard setback variance of 25 feet (reducing the setback from 50 feet
to 25 feet) to construct an office addition.
2. A variance applicable to the minimum required parking spaces for the
building, from 92 spaces to 63 spaces.
B. Oath Administered for Individuals Providing Testimony.
1. Presentation of case by the City Zoning Administrator.
2. Presentation by Applicant.
