RESOLUTION NO. 2026-04-546

WHEREAS,theCityof Lynn Haven, Florida(theCity”)is committedto providing servicesand recovering some of the costs of providing such services from serviceusers;

WHEREAS,theCity Commission, after consideration of theservicefeescharged byother 
similarly situated citiesand thecostsof providing such services,has found thatcostrecoveryand 
servicefees arein the bestinterests of the City and its residents, areequitable, and do notimposean 
unfair burdenon any citizen; and

WHEREAS,theCity, through its homerulepowers, theFloridaStatutes, theCity of LynnHaven Codeof Ordinances (the“Code”),and Ordinances 615 hastheauthority tosettheamountofcost recovery and user fees and to publish such fees in Appendix “A” of theCode.

NOW, THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVED bytheCity Commissionof theCityof Lynn Haven, 
Florida that Appendix“A”of the Code beamended as follows:
