Public Comment: Public Comment during the Regional Planning Commission Meeting will be for all

if the content of the comments are willfully disruptive of the meetings by being slanderous, offensive,

C. Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval of an application for a Parcel Map. The
Applicant, White Pine County Commissioners, wishes to divide the parcel to create a
salable parcel of undeveloped land and parcel of Little Peoples’s Head Start. The
Assessor’s Parcel # is 010-490-12. The address and/or general location of the
property is 435 E. 13th Street (Little People’s Head Start), ¼ Section SW, Section 14,
Township 16N, Range 63E, Ely, NV.
D. Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval of minutes from Regional Planning
Commission meeting held on December 18, 2025.
