Webcheck must be completed through the Medina County Sheriff’s Office and provided with the original application for the owner/operator, the results of which shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance. PURPOSE AND The proposed legislation will allow the Mobile Food Service Operator's required BCI/FBI EXPLANATION: webcheck to be valid for one year from the date of issuance, instead of one calendar year (January 1 through December 31). _____________________________________________________________________________ _ IMPLEMENTATIO March 9, 2026. WHEREAS: THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1: That Section 866.02(c) of the Codified Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: “(c) A B.C.I. and F.B.I.
