SPECIAL MEETING CALL
I, Layne Wilkerson, hereby call a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., at the Capital City
Museum Library, 325 Ann Street, Frankfort, KY, 40601. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a Strategic Planning Session with Kentucky League
of Cities (KLC) and to discuss priorities and goals for the Board of Commissioners. Action may be taken.

Following roll call Mayor Wilkerson called the meeting to order.
Tad Long and John Buchanan with KLC reviewed the preliminary reports from the first session in November 2025. Today the group will hammer
out details and areas of focus.
The Board of Commissioners commented on the previous discussion which included Department Heads.
KLC gave a comprehensive review of the Board of Commissioners priorities and any changes that should be made to the draft plan.
It was moved by Commissioner May, seconded by Commissioner Smith-Willis, that the meeting adjourn. The question was put upon the motion
and was adopted by voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
