NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Commission will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday January 6th, 2026 at 10:30 am at the Beaver County
Administration Building at 105 East Center St., Beaver, Utah, at which time and place the
commission will hear public comments concerning the following:
Ordinance 2026-01 Proposed Agricultural Protection Area for Jed Albrecht.
