The Board of Trustees of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, met in Special
Session on February 19, 2015 at 5:00 pm, at 2090 Ferry Road, Sugarcreek Township, Ohio
45305.
1. Mr. Daugherty called the session to order at 5:00 pm.
2. Mr. Hodson called the roll with Board Members Nadine Daugherty, Mike Pittman and Scott
Bryant being present. In addition to Mr. Tiffany, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie
Hayden was also present.
3. There was a brief discussion regarding engaging Brosius, Johnson and Griggs as legal
counsel on an as needed basis related to township legal matters. Mrs. Daugherty read
Resolution 2015.02.19.01 and moved to hire Brosius, Johnson and Griggs as legal counsel on
an as needed basis related to township legal matters, Mr. Pittman seconded. Roll was called
with the vote being as follows:
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Pittman - Yes
Mr. Bryant – Yes
Executive Session
Mrs. Daugherty moved to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. Mr. Bryant
seconded. Roll was called with the vote being as follows:
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Bryant – Yes
Mr. Pittman – Yes
4. The meeting reconvened at approximately 5:50 pm and Mrs. Daugherty read Resolution
2015.02.19.02 and moved to rescind Resolution number 2014.11.17.08. Mr. Pittman
seconded. Roll was called with the vote being as follows:
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Pittman – Yes
Mr. Bryant – Yes
Adjourn
