Lorin- Discussed opportunities of grant writing training.
Moroni- Needs to pay for kelvin saw blade, he will also work on getting plaques made
and acquiring wood for plaques (Hickory) lorin may get it in salt lake he will need the
credit cart for the purchase. Discussed the acquisition of lund community
center. Meeting wil be held may 5 with the school board and other local leaders.
Lee- Doors are working better, lee will inquire of carpet cleaners to get the community
center cleaned. Lee is still in communications with Mountain Wheeler about light
poles/security lights.
Katie- spoke with Cole on the cemetery they will have a follow up conversation.
The cinco de mayo party is still set for the 5 of may, hosted at the community center.
We are needing donations. Roughly 50 pounds. carters , cannons and bec and darin
donated last time. Some members of the community will be asked specially for salsa.
Shawn - metal collection is going well and consistent, the tree dump was burned and
piled and is ready for more limbs. Shawn also talked with Lou Wilfong about getting tires
hauled out of the community. Tim pauly was asked about the possibility of the county
assisting with the cost of tire removal. Tim suggested the possibility of bringing in
dumpsters. Shawn will need compensation for the cost of fuel for the labors on the tree
dump and movement of metal and tires.
Shawn suggested having two meetings a month up to the 24 of July. possibly the 1st
and the 3rd we would keep the 3rd for official business.
Mike- no new info, he is looking into new projects. Mike will be looking into getting all the
festive decorations organized and accounted for.
Ben- Will be making new centennial signs for the south and north ends of town.
Currently does not have the facility to make it work. Ben will be assigned town
beautification. He will start with road side clean up and look into new projects.
Meeting with Tony about a solar project in Jake's Valley. The company will be investing
into the community regardless of the approval of the solar farm.
Lee motioned to close the meeting and Mike second it.

After the closing of the meeting Ami woodyard requested to speak with the town council.
She expressed concerns of underaged and unlicensed youth driving in the
community. The conversation Roughly Ended at 8:28
She informed Moroni Perez that she had recorded the interaction with the town council
Members, (Lornin Peacock,Moroni Perez,Shawn Hamilton,Katie Carter, Lee
Reigenburg,Mike woodyard and Ben Smith)
Moroni Perez Requested a copy from Ami Woodyard of the interaction for the town
council/County records.
