BE IT REMEMBERED that on Friday, January 23, 2026, the Commissioner Court of Howard
County met in a Special Meeting at 10:00AM with RANDY JOHNSON, County Judge, as the Presiding
Officer. The following members were present: Commissioner Pct. 2 Cash Berry, Commissioner Pct. 3
Jimmie Long, Commissioner Pct.4 Doug Wagner and County Judge Randy Johnson. Commissioner Pct.
1 Eddilisa Ray was not present at this meeting.
The Meeting was called to order at 10:01 AM.
Judge Johnson introduced Makell Matney & Patrick Woodson of ET Fuels. No Action Taken.
The Court moved into Executive/Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code, Sec. 551.087 from
10:04 AM to 11:08 AM. No Action was taken as a result of the Closed Executive Session.
The court had a brief discussion of the expected weather issues and the possible impact on the
Commissioners Court Meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026. No Action Taken.
