Those affected land owners have signed the mutual agreement to move forward with completing the project outside of the petition process. Lincoln said he just needed the signatures of the Board of Commissioners to finish the mutual agreement and requested to extend this first hearing until the ditch project has been completed to everyone’s satisfaction. Resolution 2026-175 Continue First Hearing for Ditch 2154-Schrock This first hearing will be continued until June 2, 2026 at 9:15am to give the landowners time to complete the project.
