9. City Attorney’s Report
a. An Ordinance providing for the issue of not to exceed $15,000,000 General Obligation
Refunding Bonds of the City of Markham, Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of
refunding outstanding obligations of the City, providing for the levy and collection of a
direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing
the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
b. An Ordinance Authorizing the Conveyance of Surplus Personal Property Owned by the
City of Markham to the Mounds-2 Dodge Vehicles.
c. Approval of Pay Request #3 (Final) from M&J Underground, Inc. in the amount of
$46,918.44 for the PY2024 CDBG Water Main Valve Replacement Program.
d. Approval of Pay Request #4 (Final) from M&J Underground, Inc. in the amount of
$30,414.60 for the MWRD Green Alley Improvement Project.
