Authorization of Emergency Expenditure Process for Replacement of Air Conditioner and Boiler at the Police Department Re: Consideration to approve utilizing the emergency process for the air conditioning and heating system replacement at the Police Department, utilizing the General Fund Reserve Deferred Maintenance funds, in an amount not to exceed $357,083. 4. Status and Review of Declaration of Local Flood Emergency Re: Review of the Declaration of Local Emergency made on March 13, 2023, concerning the significant weather event and impacts relative to flood event.
