All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted by a single
motion and subsequent roll call vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Village
Board member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and
considered as the first item after approval of the Consent Agenda.

9. Motion to Authorize and Approve the Purchase of Pad Mount Switchgear for the
proposed Prospect Substation Project from Fletcher-Reinhardt Company in the
amount of $102,400.00, with a contingency fund of $10,240.00

10. Motion to Authorize and Approve a Service Agreement to perform emissions
testing and reporting on eight diesel-fueled electric generating engines for the
IL Environmental Protection Agency Bureau of Air and the US Environmental
Protection Agency with BHMG Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $32,708.00, with
a contingency fund of $3,200.00

11. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2815, an Ordinance Approving and Adopting a
Wholesale Connection Agreement with the Village, IL Municipal Electric Agency,
and Ameren Services Company
12. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2816, an Ordinance Appointing Matthew Caldwell
to the Illinois Municipal Electric Agency Board of Directors
13. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2817, an Ordinance Appointing Jay Schroeder to
the Illinois Public Energy Agency Board of Directors
14. Motion to Pass Resolution 02-26-1449, a Resolution Appropriating Motor Fuel
Tax Funds for the Public Works Street and System Division Maintenance Under
the IL Department of Transportation Highway Code in the Amount of
$225,000.00
15. Motion to Pass Resolution 02-26-1450, a Resolution Regarding Temporary
Closing of State Right-of-Way for a Parade (Independence Day)
16. Motion to Pass Resolution 02-26-1451, a Resolution Regarding Temporary
