I. Meeting Called to order at 6:33 p.m.

IV. Agenda Approval: Moved by Lisa Salcedo, supported by Mary Brackney to approve the
agenda of January 5, 2026, as presented

V. Minutes Approval: Moved by Brenda Oaks, supported by Lisa Salcedo to approve the
minutes of December 1, 2025, as presented

IX. Old Business:
A. CHRISTMAS PARADE AND TREE LIGHTING
• Construction caused a bottleneck
• Sound problems during parade – Is this weather related?
• Having the golf cart was great to help transport and deliver candy canes
• Kudos on tree decorations
• Bring back wax bags for cookies, order 8 boxes for next year
• Ran out of hot chocolate so must have at least 12 bags
• Leave cookie quantities the same because the crowd seemed smaller
• Ran low on candy canes, will get another box, only had 1,500
X. New Business:
A. EASTER EGG HUNT

• Reserved for April 3 & 4, 2026 – Westfield
• Need white bags for goodie bags – Carrie to send Sam the info
• Carrie to make flyer and send them to Sam
• Peggy to call photographer
• Need to dry clean the bunny costume
