Motion to approve the purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on behalf of District 3 (Amackertown) in the amount of $40,167.00 on MS State Contract No, 8200078721 from Bunker Gear Specialists LLC. B. Motion to approve the purchase of extrication tools on behalf of District 2 (Derby-Whitesands) in the amount of $33,145.00 from Performance Rescue, who had the lowest and best quote. 10) E-911 Addressing: A. Motion to approve the naming of a private road - Silo Ridge. 11) Purchasing: A. Motion to authorize Jerry Crain as a designated signer of purchase requisitions for both E-911 and Building Code Departments effective immediately. 12) Tax Assessor/Collector: A. Motion to approve duplicate warrant to CoreLogic in the amount of $45,513.25 for a refund of property tax collections. B. Motion to remove Bridget Howse from Tax Collector's payroll, effective 04/02/2025. 13) Consent Agenda Items: A. Motion to ratify the issuance of a duplicate warrant in the amount of $15,000.00 to NCS Construction, LLC. B. Motion to approve the Picayune School District 16th Section residential lease to Deawntranee Breland. C. Motion to approve the issuance of a duplicate warrant in the amount of $1,181.00 to American Electronic Monitoring. 14) Grants Administration: A. Motion to approve the purchase of 3 Interdiction Tool Kits through Knifeworks prior to receiving the equipment. Motion to approve the travel of Christy Goss to attend the Keep Mississippi Beautiful Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Country Club of Jackson. B. Motion to approve the travel of Michael Gambrell to attend the training 2025 Sexual Assault Symposium April 25, 2025, at the Rankin County Conference Center. Gambrell will travel in his County assigned unit. C. Motion to approve the travel of Neil Dugas and Joe Garcia for the Fentanyl Strike Force training on April 22, 2025, in Biloxi, MS. Dugas and Garcia will travel in their County assigned unit. D. Motion to approve the travel of the following Tax Office employees: 1. Penny Fleming, Ruby Ladner, Levetta Martin and John Corley to Hattiesburg, MS on April 3, 2025, for Assessor Recertification. 2. Latisha Johnson and Wesley Mitchell to Starkville, MS on May 8-9, 2025 for MS IAAO Spring Workshop Valuation for Bardominiums. 3. Benjamin Lewis for IAAO 601 on May 5-9, 2025 Grand Rapids, MI via Zoom. E. Motion to acknowledge the rescheduling of Collector of Revenue 1 from March 10-14, 2025 to May 19th - 23rd 2025 in Biloxi, MS. F. Motion to approve the travel of the Board of Supervisors and County Officials to attend the MAS Annual Convention June 9-12, 2025 at the MS Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, MS. G. Motion to approve the travel of the Board of Supervisors to the 2025 NACo Annual Conference July 11-14, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA. H. Motion to approve EMA Director's travel to attend Southeast Mississippi Air Ambulance District Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 16th in Hattiesburg, MS. There is no cost associated with this event. 16) Road Department: A. Motion to update the length of Clyde Meitzler Rd to 383 ft on the Pearl River County Road Index due to City of Picayune Annexation. B. Motion to make length corrections as attached to the Pearl River County Road Index due to discrepancies in the 2010 adopted road index. C. Motion to add the following road omission errors to the Pearl River County Road Index: • Carlos Ladner Rd - 547 ft • Jiggs Ln - 242 ft • Michelle St - 1058 ft • My Rd - 343 ft D. Motion to remove E Rault Dr and W Rault Dr from the Pearl River County Road Index and combine the roads into Rault Dr at a length of 12023 ft on the Pearl River County Road Index. E. Motion to remove Osborne Moody Cut Through Rd from the Pearl River County Road Index and add the removed portion to Beasley Alexander Rd for an updated length of 10972 ft. F. Motion to remove Crows Nest from the Pearl River County Road Index which was added in error and is a private road. G. Motion to spread upon the minutes the updated Pearl River County Road Index for 2025. H. Motion to hire William Scott Dearman as a full-time tractor driver for the north tie-up at the assigned rate of pay. Effective start date to be 4/10/2025.
