2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
A. Public Comment allows residents and stakeholders to address the Town Council on Town-related matters.
Speakers must sign in before the meeting and observe time limits (3 minutes per individual, 5 minutes per group).
Council members will listen but will not engage in dialogue. All speakers are expected to be respectful and avoid
disruptive or inappropriate conduct. The mayor or president officer may allow may allow a speaker who is not signed
up to address the council depending on the circumstances.
