a. EMILY BAEHR, has filed an Administrative Appeal and Supplemental Appeal Statement regarding
the decisions of officials with relation to structure placement at 111 Simpson Lane, Danville, KY.

b. PHEONIX THEATERS, d/b/a Danville Cinemas 8, through Elizabeth Pitchford, Agent, has applied
for a Variance of 134.72 square feet over the Ordinance wall sign maximum of 96 sq. ft., for a total
