state your name for the record. Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three (3) minute time limit for each public
presentation. If you wish to address the Council concerning any other matter not appearing on the agenda, you may do so

EL CENTRO APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
DYNAMIC CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR ON-CALL CIVIL ENGINEERING- GENERAL

NICKLAUS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR ON-CALL CIVIL ENGINEERING- GENERAL

15. Adoption of the City’s Water Master Plan and Sewer Master Plan

Recommendation:
Adopt the Water Master Plan and Sewer Master Plan as presented, and authorize staff to
utilize the plans as guiding documents for future capital improvement planning, budgeting,
grant applications, and coordination with the City’s water and sewer rate study.
