The meeting was held in the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Golden Room and called to order by Mayor
Schoaf at 8:00 AM.

Mayor Schoaf will introduce the facilitator of the retreat, Nicole Lance.

Discussion may include amendments to the current Mission/Vision Statements, City Core Values, Institutional
History, Policies to Establish, and Long-term Planning.

A summary of the discussion will be presented and suggestions from Council may be offered for topics of possible
future Work Study Sessions. Possible direction to Staff.
