1. Motion to authorize funds for the payment of bills for February 2026.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application of Zahid and Uzma Syed – the applicant requests to make additions and
alterations such as a proposed driveway, new curb cut, brick walls, stacked block
walls, entry piers and gates, guardhouse, outdoor masonry bar, catch basins, yard
drains, septic tank, and drainage systems. The proposed structures are located within
the conservation easement which will require Board of Trustees approval at 136 I.U.
Willets Road.

2. Consideration of Local Law #1 of 2026 entitled: “A Local Law to Override the Tax
Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law 3-C.” This local law will establish
a law that will allow the Village to adopt a budget for its fiscal year commencing June
1, 2026, that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the tax levy limit as defined
in General Municipal Law 3-C.
