C. PUBLIC HEARINGS –
a. STEPPING STONES RECOVERY HOUSING has filed an Appeal of Complaint #1171 for operating a
group living facility at 520 High Street. The property is zoned Two-Family Residential (RM-2).
b. JTB CONSTRUCTION LLC has applied for a variance to reduce the side yard setbacks on both the
east and west sides of the property from 10-ft to 9-ft at 496 Grant Street, Danville. The property
is zoned Two-Family Residential (RM-2).
