1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Tom LaFontaine at 5:30 pm.
2. Roll Call
Present:
• Tom LaFontaine, Vice Chair
• Matt Hedges, Deputy Chief
Absent:
• John Kohler, Chair
Staff Present:
• Ken Barkulis, Secretary / Staff Liaison
Others Present:
• Tom Tierney, Former member
3. Determination of Quorum
The Vice Chairperson announced that a quorum was not present. For the purposes of conducting
business, the quorum for each established board and commission shall be a simple majority of the
board members or commissioners currently appointed and serving. As only 2 members were
present, the meeting could not proceed with official business.
With no quorum and no further items for discussion, Vice Chair Tom LaFontaine ended the session
at 5:31 pm.
