The Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners met in a special meeting on Friday, October 31,
2025 at 11:00 a.m. The following members were present: Melissa Dennis, Chairman, Greg Rush and Abby
Thompson, Members, Raeshel Flewallen, County Clerk.
PURCHASE AND APPRAISAL- A motion was made by Mrs. Dennis to approve the purchase and appraisal
of property located at 19245 Industrial Drive, Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Seconded by Mrs. Thompson the vote
was: AYE- Rush, Thompson, Dennis.
Mrs. Dennis made a motion to approve the purchase and appraisal of property located at 19123 Industrial
Drive, Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Seconded by Mr. Rush the vote was: AYE- Thompson, Rush, Dennis.
A motion was made by Mr. Rush and seconded by Mrs. Thompson to approve the purchase and appraisal
of property located on Industrial Park Drive, Tecumseh, Oklahoma. The motion carried with the following
vote: AYE- Rush, Thompson, Dennis.
EXECUTIVE SESSION- At 11:10 a.m., Mr. Rush made a motion to enter Executive Session pursuant to
25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) for discussing the employment of Nickie Skaggs, Robin Ueltzen, Debbie Allision, Linda
Rackley, and Braquel Stephens. Seconded by Mrs. Dennis the vote was: AYE- Thompson, Rush, Dennis.
At 12:58 p.m., Mrs. Thompson made a motion to exit Executive Session and re-enter Open Session.
Seconded by Mrs. Dennis the vote was: AYE- Thompson, Rush, Dennis.
No action was taken regarding Executive Session.
ADJOURN- There being no further business Mrs. Dennis made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs.
Thompson the vote was: AYE- Rush, Thompson, Dennis. The meeting adjourned at 12:59 a.m.
