Call to Order
The County Planning Commission was chaired by Commissioner Bonnie Duffy. Commissioner Duffy stated
that a quorum of the City of Dell Rapids Planning Commission was not present and that meeting will be
held. The items from the April 27, 2026, meeting will be heard at the May 18, 2026, joint planning
commission meeting.
