RESCIND THE AWARD DETERMINATION TO DILLON AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING FOR THE HVAC AND DUCT REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT THE PRECINCT 3 SUBCOURTHOUSE DUE TO REVISED PROJECT SCOPE. NEW BUSINESS - REGULAR AGENDA 12. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PERSONNEL MATTERS, AS FOLLOWS: A. PERSONNEL ACTION FORM REQUESTS SUBMITTED BY DEPARTMENT HEADS SINCE LAST MEETING AND REVIEW OF ANY AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY HIRING. B. REQUEST FROM JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PCT. 4 TO USE DISCRETIONARY FUNDS FOR ONE-TIME BONUSES. C. CONSIDER APPROVAL TO PAY OUT REQUESTED FLSA TIME FOR SHERIFF STAFF AND REQUESTED FLSA AND HOLIDAY TIME FOR JAIL STAFF. D. REVISE THE COUNTY HOLIDAY POLICY TO ESTABLISH A CAP ON ACCRUED HOLIDAY HOURS AND REMOVE THE EXPIRATION DATE. 13. CONSIDER REQUESTS FOR REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO THE BUDGET, AS FOLLOWS: A.
