WHEREAS,inMarch,2026,theCity competitively solicitedbidsfor lawncare andchemicalapplication servicesatBayouPark and Preserve,for four bidswerereceived;and 

WHEREAS,staffhasdeterminedthattheGro Pro,LLCis the lowestresponsiveand responsible bidder.

NOWTHEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDthattheappropriate officersoftheCity are authorizedtoacceptand deliveronbehalfoftheCitythatcertainAgreementbetween the City andGroPro,LLC,relatingto theprovisionoflawncare andchemicalapplication services atBayou Park and Preserve for a term of5 
years,in theamountofOneHundred Twenty One Thousand,EightHundredDollars 
($121,800),in substantially theform attachedasExhibitAandpresented to theCommission today,withsuchchanges,insertions or omissionsas may be approvedbytheMayor and Interim City Manager and whoseexecutionshall beconclusive 
evidenceofsuchapproval.

PASSED AND ADOPTEDthis 28th day ofApril2026,by the LYNNHAVENCITYCOMMISSIONmeetinginregular session.
