CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Hodges and opened with the
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The meeting convened at the Council Chambers of
the Municipal Building, 15115 E. Jefferson, Grosse Pointe Park, Wayne County,
Michigan 48230.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT MEMBERS: Councilmembers Kolar, Gallagher, Wiener, Dreaver, McMillan,
and Mayor Hodges.
EXCUSED: Mayor Pro-Tem Caulfield

Council Comment:
Councilmember Kolar: December 3, 2025, the local Girl Scouts will be coming to City
Hall.
Councilmember Gallagher: Last Council Meeting, grateful for the opportunity I’ve had
here.
Councilmember Wiener: Infrastructure meeting, FAQ on water bills, leaf pickup has
started this week. Department heads have been putting out monthly reports, nice work
to City Administration.
Councilmember Dreaver: Public Works wanted people to know pumpkins and sticks are
not good for the leaf machine. Beautification Awards.
Councilmember McMillan: Proud of Public Safety. Call Public Safety if you need a
smoke detector, maybe put one in your garage.

Mayor Hodges: Likes the employee spotlight and the reports from the department
heads. Happy anniversary to Nick and Clare. Thank you Judge Jarboe. October 25th is
Halloween in the Park. Thanked State Senator Kevin Hertel, $1.7 Million dollar grant for
the Schaap Center from the State budget.
