Thank you. At the last meeting, which was all the way back in July, we had a zoning amendment request to go from institutional to central business. It was for a small strip of land just south of where the old library was located. The Planning and Zoning did recommend approval. It did go to City Council at their August 4th meeting, and they did approve that, so that is complete and done. And that's it. Sounds good. Thank you. Let me scroll down here. This wonderfully created aerial photo that someone did. Oh, it might have been. I don't know. There is a parking variance request for the proposed new National Railroad Hall of Fame, which is going to be located at 247 South Seminary Street. UNDER OUR CURRENT ORDINANCE, IT WOULD REQUIRE 11 PARKING SPACES. THEY ARE ASKING FOR A VARIANCE OF TWO TO GO DOWN TO NINE, WHICH IS WITHIN THE ORDINANCE ALLOWANCE TO REQUEST. THERE IS CITY PARKING TO THE NORTH, WHICH IS RIGHT ADJACENT. THERE'S CITY PARKING, IF YOU LOOK AT THE AERIAL TOWARDS THE BOTTOM, THERE'S A GRADE OUT LOT WITH A LETTER N ON IT. THAT'S A CITY PARKING LOT. There's on-street parking on the west side of South Seminary Street there. So there's other options available that aren't exactly on-site. The city is also looking to potentially at some point redo the underpass at South Street. Obviously, that's going to take a number of years. But if that comes to fruition, South Seminary Street, where it kind of goes down, will more than likely be filled in. So they're you know potentially in the future. There could be some possibility of additional parking there across the street From this location. There's three buildings the city's gonna take down in January while we aren't turning it into a parking lot right now That could be a possible future location of some additional parking as well As you mentioned the applicant is available in the audience if there's additional questions the only other thing I'll mention is THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE, WHICH IS THE INTERNAL COMMITTEE, DID REVIEW THE VARIANCE REQUEST DURING THEIR DECEMBER 3rd MEETING, AND THEY DO RECOMMEND APPROVAL. YES, IT WOULD BE. YOU CAN HAVE ONE UP TO 25 SPACES. Yes, yes, exactly. You know, if you look at this, this also shows the zoning designations. They're in an institutional district, which is where the parking requirement comes from. If they would have been kind of across the street north a little bit in the B3, the B3 doesn't require any parking. So it's just the proximity of where they're located within that zoning is what triggers it.
