NEW RESOLUTIONS:
Temp Res #25-26 Finance Committee (Schoonover/Ailes) – 3 READINGS
-SSD Woody explained that this NOPEC Grant will allow the City to continue upgrades to energy efficient lighting in
both City Hall and the Annex at 121 E Chestnut.
Temp Res #26-26 Water/Water Pollution Control Committee (Ailes/Cohen) – Suspension
-Mr. Bizjack explained that this Then & Now to pay bills in Water Revenue Fund 6003 will allow Water to pay 2 bills
on hand from AEP.
Temp Res #27-26 Water/Water Pollution Control Committee (Ailes/Cohen) – 3 READINGS
-Mr. Bizjack explained that this piece moves money in the Water Revenue Fund 6003 from admin salary to cover a
shortfall in Retirement benefits line.
Temp Res #28-26 Water/Water Pollution Committee (Ailes/Bizjack) – 3 READINGS
-Mr. Bizjack explained that this piece allows the SSD to enter into contract agreements for Frederick Street Sewer
Separation Project.
Temp Res #29-26 Water/Water Pollution Committee (Ailes/Bizjack) – SUSPENSION
-Stormwater Engineer Steven Wellstead gave background on this piece Authorizing Mayor to submit an application
for design assistance from NRCS for a stream bank restoration project. The flooding event from July 2025 caused some
infrastructure damage tin Fetter’s and Ewing Runs that this could cover 75% of the projected $172,000 repair costs.
Temp Res #30-26 Finance Committee (Schoonover/Sollie) – 2 READINGS
-SSD Woody explained that this Then & Now resolution is to pay a bill from AEP for City street lights.
Temp Res #31-26 Safety Committee (Bizjak/Ogg) – 3 Readings
-Mr. Bizjack explained that this appropriation from General Fund 1001 for uniform allowance in LFD is needed with
the new Assistant Fire Chief created with the reorganization in the department.

Temp Ord #4-26 Law Committee (Smiley/Carr) – 3 READINGS
-Miss Smiley explained that this request is Granting supplemental easements to AEP as they upgrade their
infrastructure in the US 33, Old Logan Rd, Hornsmill Rd area.
