the Village Board Room at the Cary Municipal Center,
755 Georgetown Drive, Cary, Illinois
A. Introduction – This is the Public Meeting in regard to the proposed designation of
a Redevelopment Project Area for, and the preparation of a Redevelopment Plan
for, the proposed Central Cary Tax Increment Financing District (TIF District #3).
It is being held pursuant to the requirements of the Tax Increment Allocation
Redevelopment Act (Stated by the Village of Cary Director of Community
Development).
