Applicant seeks major site plan approval to construct a new, four story, mixed-use building
containing approximately 2,300 sf of street- level commercial space and 30 residential
apartments. Off-street parking for 27 cars will also be provided at ground level under a
portion of the proposed building. Variances required for maximum building height, minimum
ground floor commercial space and ground floor commercial frontage. Design exceptions are
also required for parking and building design standards.
