10.A Minor Plat - Van Ghent Subdivision - Lots 1 & 2
PC: Motion to approve and recommend City Council approve the Minor Plat for - Van Ghent Subdivision - Lots 1 & 2 with the following conditions:
1) Access shall be limited to Plymouth Drive for Lot 1 and in the designated area along Radar Hill Road for Lot 2.
2) Geo-technical reports that may specify engineered foundation plans are recommended.
3) For Lot 2, water and wastewater service plans shall be approved by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of any building permit.
4) Correct the plat document per the City of Box Elder's requirements
PWPZ: Motion to recommend approval move to City Council same night for the Minor Plat - Van Ghent Subdivision - Lots 1 & 2 with the following conditions:

10.B Rezone - Lot 2 Van Ghent Subdivision, to General Light Industrial District
PC: Motion to approve the request to rezone as presented for Lot 2 of Van Ghent Subdivision to General Light Industrial and forward to City Council with a recommendation of approval.
PWPZ: Motion to approve Ordinance No. 798 as presented and forward to tonight's City Council meeting with recommendation of approval.
CC: Motion to approve Ordinance No. 798 as presented on its First Reading.
**Going to City Council same night as it is a rezone application with a public hearing.
