Minor Plat - Van Ghent Subdivision - Lots 1 & 2

 

PC: Motion to approve and recommend City Council approve the Minor Plat for - Van Ghent Subdivision - Lots 1 & 2 with the following conditions:

1) Access shall be limited to Plymouth Drive for Lot 1 and in the designated area along Radar Hill Road for Lot 2.

2) Geo-technical reports that may specify engineered foundation plans are recommended.

3) For Lot 2, water and wastewater service plans shall be approved by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of any building permit. 

4) Correct the plat document per the City of Box Elder's requirements
