PLEASE NOTE: The White Pine County Golf Advisory Board may address agenda
items out of sequence to accommodate persons appearing before the board or to aid in
the efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting.
1. OPENING ACTIVITIES
Meeting called to order
Roll Call
2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments not exceeding three (3) minutes in length will be accepted
from the general public in attendance. If any are made, there may be discussion upon those
comments. No vote, decision or action may be taken upon matters raised under this item until
it’s formally placed on the agenda. Comments during Discussion Items will not be accepted
from the general public. “Section 8.04 of the Nevada Open Meeting Law Manual indicates that
the Public Body may prohibit comment if the content of the comments is a topic that is not
relevant to or within the authority of the Public Body or if the content of the comments is willfully
disruptive of the meeting by being irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory,
irrational or amounting to personal attacks or interfering with the rights of the speakers”.

ADVISORY BOARD
A. Update for 2026-2027 Budget, Equipment, Staffing and associated items
1. Interview Committee presentation on results of interviews
2. Golf Advisory Board to come up with hire recommendation to be taken to
Board of Commissioners
B. Report/Request from Golf Course Maintenance – Cole Burdick
1. Staffing
2. Greens
C. Report/Request from White Pine County Official – Pat Robison
D. Report/Request from Board Members

I, James Linney, did cause to be posted on March 9, 2026 five (5) notices of the White
Pine Golf Advisory Agenda in said County of White Pine to wit: Posted at the door or
bulletin board of: White Pine Golf Course, White Pine County Library, White Pine County
Courthouse, White Pine County Office, Ely Post Office. The meeting notice is also
posted to the Whtie Pine County website at https://whitepinecounty.net and on the State
of Nevada Public Notices website at https://notice.nv.gov .
