1. Application of Zahid and Uzma Syed – the applicant requests to make additions and
alterations such as a proposed driveway, new curb cut, brick walls, stacked block walls,
entry piers and gates, guardhouse, outdoor masonry bar, catch basins, yard drains, septic
tank, and drainage systems at 136 I.U. Willets Road.
