Ohio that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of County Commissioners, County

WHEREAS, it is necessary to publicly advertise to solicit competitive bids for Bridge 24A.9
Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Fulton County Commissioners hereby approve these plans and certify that the
necessary right of way is available and agree to maintain the project and will make ample provisions each
year for maintenance and repair under authority of ORC 5535.01 and 5555.02; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fulton County Board of Commissioners hereby approve
the Legal Notice as attached hereto and further authorize advertisement of the same; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of County

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio met in session pursuant to notice, on
February 12, 2026, at 152 South Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio, with all members present:

WHEREAS the ODOT Office of Aviation has awarded the Fulton County Airport funds in relation to its
AIP Project No. 3-39-0087-024-2025 for ODOT Project No. M26-15 Construct Taxi lane- Phase 1-
Design in the amount of $1,750.00 of the total project cost of $35,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fulton County Commissioners hereby
accepts the award of $1,750.00 from the Ohio Department of Transportation Office of Aviation as part of
its AIP Project No. 3-39-0087-024-2025 and further authorizes the execution of grant agreement 2026-20
(attached) and directs its submission as required;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of
County Commissioners, County of Fulton, State of Ohio concerning the adoption of this resolution were
adopted in an open meeting of this Board of County Commissioners, and that all deliberations of this

WHEREAS, on February 10, 2026 bids were received for the 2026 Crack Seal Program and three (3)
bids were received; and
WHEREAS, with an Engineer’s Estimate of $200,000, Mr. Onweller has recommended that the bid be
awarded to K&B Asphalt Sealcoating, Inc as submitted in the amount of $191,905.00;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners accepts the Fulton
County Engineer’s recommendation and hereby awards the bid for the 2026 Crack Seal Program to K&B
Asphalt Sealcoating, Inc., in the amount of $191,905.00, and a contract shall be issued; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of
County Commissioners, County of Fulton, State of Ohio concerning the adoption of this resolution were
adopted in an open meeting of this Board of County Commissioners, and that all deliberations of this Board

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio met in regular session pursuant to notice, on
February 12, 2026, at 152 South Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio, with the following members present:

Commissioner moved for the adoption of the following
resolution:
WHEREAS, pursuant to §4501.04, monies are paid into an auto registration distribution fund and pursuant
to §4501.04 (D) are distributed for the use of several counties for certain purposes set forth in section (C)
of that code; and
WHEREAS, Fulton County is eligible for said funds provided that the Board of County Commissioners
certify in writing to the director of ODOT the actual number of miles under its statutory jurisdiction which
are used by and maintained for the public; and
WHEREAS, Frank Onweller, Fulton County Engineer, has presented said figure to the Board for
Certification stating that as of December 31, 2025, Fulton County was responsible for maintaining 361.716
miles of public road; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners accept the Certification
as present and hereby execute the 2025 County Highway System Mileage Certification as presented; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of
County Commissioners, County of Fulton, State of Ohio concerning the adoption of this resolution were
adopted in an open meeting of this Board of County Commissioners, and that all deliberations of this Board
of County Commissioners and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings
