1. Call to Order
Councilmember Gilbert welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 11 :00 a.m.
Attendees: Councilmember Chiavacci, and Chair Gilbert
Staff: City Clerk Barber, and City Administrator lmhulse
2. Approval of Minutes - February 8, 2023
The Recreation and Parks Committee Meeting Minutes from February 8, 2023, were
approved without objection.
3. Recreation and Parks Updates
City Administrator lmhulse addressed acquiring additional staffing for the Recreation and
Parks Department.
4. Other Business
City Administrator lmhulse reminded the committee that the City of Westminster Pool Grand
Re-Opening Ribbon Cutting had been scheduled for Friday, June 9, 2023
The committee discussed meeting on a quarterly basis and noted that their next meeting
would be scheduled for Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
5. Adjournment
The City of Westminster Recreation and Parks Committee meeting of May 19, 2023,
adjourned at 11 :34 a.m.
