Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter on this agenda is asked to

RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING MAYOR SONIA CARTER:
1. Presentation of Mayor's Plaque by Interim Mayor Pro-Tem Ellett to outgoing Mayor Sonia
Carter and recognizing her service as Mayor for 2025.
2. Presentation of Album of Events by City Manager Robert Sawyer, to outgoing Mayor Carter,
for her service as Mayor for 2025.
3. Presentations to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter.
4. Comments to outgoing Mayor Sonia Carter from City Council members.
REORGANIZATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
5. City Clerk opens nominations for Mayor.
6. Newly elected Mayor assumes Chair and opens nominations for Mayor Pro-Tem.
7 . Closing comments by the new Mayor.
