 Review amendments to Ordinance No. 728 – Museum Board (attached)
 Discuss/Refer a liaison recommendation from Historical Society to the Mayor for
appointment.
 Identify museum responsibilities - including inventory log of city owned materials
(Appoint a keeper of the inventory log and discuss the logistics of that role)
 Museum’s Goals (building improvements, new uses and opportunities for the building,
and working with Historical Society to improve display capabilities, etc.)
