1. Receive Audit Report of the Todd Mission VFD FY24.
2. Approve Monthly Report submitted by the County Treasurer for September 2025 and authorize advertisement of affidavit of
same, in accordance with Local Government Code 114.026.
3. Consider and take action to approve the Treasurer's List of Claims and Bills.
4. Consider and take action to approve payroll.
5. Consider and take action to approve Budget Amendments and/or Line-Item Transfers.

9. Consider and take action to accept the donation of books to the jail library from Crimestoppers.
10. Consider and approve the donation made by Grimes County Farm Bureau in the amount of $100 for use by the Jail Diversion
Crew.
11. Consider and take action to approve the Sheriff's Office Resolution for the License Plate Reader (LPR) trailer and authorize the
County Judge as signatory.
12. Consider and take action to approve the License Plate Readers/Speed Systems Multi Use Agreement and authorize the County
Judge as signatory.

13. Consider and take action to approve emergency repair for Chevrolet Tahoe assigned to the Grimes County District Attorney's
Office.

14. Discuss and take any necessary action on projects and repairs.

15. Discussion and possible action on the Community Rating System program and consultant selection.
16. Discuss and take action to approve purchase and financing of Road and Bridge machinery and equipment.
Grimes County Judge - Joe Fauth III
17. Consider and take action to approve the Order Approving the Tax Roll for Tax Year 2025 with tax amounts entered totaling
$26,271,597.85 and authorize the County Judge as signatory.
18. Discuss and take action to remove Marc Benton from the BVCOG Board of Directors, and appoint Mandi Autry.
19. Consider and take action regarding the Burn Ban and authorize the County Judge as signatory. (Current Burn Ban Order set
October 15, 2025, to expire January 13, 2026.)
20. Receive any updates on the Strategic Plan.
Grimes County Human Resources Director - Talitta Coleman (JF)
21. Evaluate and consider possible restructuring of the Road and Bridge Department to improve operational efficiency and
resource allocation. It is expected that the Court will convene a closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government
Code §551.074 (deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public
officer or employee).
22. Discuss, consider, and take action to fill the vacant GIS/Development Technician position and discuss offer. It is expected that
the Court will convene a closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074 (deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee).

23. Consider and take action in furtherance of the sales of the following, whether in whole or in part: 7.582 acres on Veterans
Memorial Drive, Navasota, Texas, the Road & Bridge building (1022 Hwy 90 South, Anderson, Texas), the Environmental
Department building (1010 Hwy 90 South, Anderson, Texas), and/or other county-owned properties located in the Town of
Anderson. It is expected that the Court will convene a closed or executive session regarding this item pursuant to Texas
Government Code 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property).
24. Consider and take action on calculation and payment of overtime pay. It is expected that the Court will conduct a closed
session as authorized by Texas Government Code 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney).
