J-2 Department of Public Services Director Request for Professional Services/Critical Bridge Funding Moved by Councilman Cabauatan, seconded by Councilwoman Hornbeck, to authorize Fishbeck to prepare all documentation to support the City of Trenton's application for MDOT's Local Bridge Funding Program, in the amount of $15,000.00, with funding from the Major Streets Account #202·463·818.000. J-3 Department of Public Services Director Request to Purchase Mowers Moved by Councilman Cabauatan, seconded by Councilman Benedetti, to authorize the purchase of three 60" eXmark zero turn mowers from Kerr's Equipment, in the amount of $29,757.00, and authorize the DPS Director to auction off the replaced mowers at a future auction, with funding from the Parks and Facilities/Machinery and Equipment Account #101 ·265·982.000. J-4 Police Chief Interl ocal Agreement between Downriver Mutual Aid 911 Call Center and City of Trenton Moved by Councilman Cabauatan, seconded by Councilwoman Hornbeck, to approve the new Interlocal Agreement between the Downriver Mutual Aid 911 Call Center and the City of Trenton, for centralized emergency Police and Fire 911 dispatch through Downriver Mutual Aid, at a cost of $220,000.00 per year for five (5) years, with option to automatically renew up to three additional, five (5) year periods, with funding from Contractual Services Account #101 ·301-818.000. J-6 Police Chief Flock Camera LPR Project Renewal Moved by Councilman Cabauatan, seconded by Councilwoman Rodriguez, to approve the renewal of the Flock Camera project, in the amount of $29,500.00, with funding from Police Investigations Account #101 ·301 ·830.000. DISBURSEMENTS AND STATEMENTS Moved by Councilwoman Hornbeck, seconded by Councilman Cabauatan, to approve the Authorized Disbursements, March 2, 2026, in the amount of $6,184,503.83.
