A Regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Old Westbury was held at Village
Hall on the above date at 7:00 PM.
Present:
Michelle Cervoni Chairperson
Eric Kaltman Member
Caroline Hertz Member
Karen Gerson Alternate Member
Peter Trentacoste Village Attorney
Tracy Reese Building Administrator
On motion by Member Kaltman, seconded by Member Hertz and carried, the Board will approve
the minutes of Planning Board Regular Meetings held December 1, 2025.
Applications Before the Board:
1. Application of Manish Kumar – proposing to construct a new two (2) story home with a new
driveway, in-ground pool, pickle ball court, fence, and entry piers and gates at 1 Bacon Road.
(Continued from December 1, 2025).
On motion by Member Kaltman, seconded by Member Hertz and carried, the Board will
continue this application until February 2nd.
On motion by Kaltman, seconded by Member Hertz and carried unanimously, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:03pm.
