A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Old Westbury was held at
the Village Hall on the above date.at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Jeffrey Brown - Trustee
Cory Baker - Trustee
Andrew Weinberg - Trustee
Leah Leston - Deputy Clerk
Michael Malatino - Superintendent of Buildings
Stuart Cameron - Chief of Police
Absent: Marina Chimerine - Mayor
Daniel Alves - Superintendent of Public Works
Fara A. Gaertner - Village Administrator / Clerk-Treasurer
Benjamin Truncale, Jr. - Village Attorney
Michelle Cervoni - Trustee
The Trustee Baker called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order.
On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg and carried, the Board approved
the minutes of the Regular Board of Trustees meeting held on December 15, 2025.
On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg and carried, the Board approved
funds for the payment of bills in the below listed accounts and associated totals:
ABSTRACT ACCOUNT AMOUNTS
1 General $919,117.70
1 Water $118,966.82
1 Capital $13,637.60
On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg and carried, the Board accepted
the Police report for the month of December 2025.
On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg and carried, the Board accepted
the Superintendent of Public Works/ Water Department report for the month of December 2025.

RESOLUTIONS:
1. On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg, the Board approved
Resolution #1-2026 approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a one-year Fire
Protection Contract with Roslyn Fire Companies for the period January 1, 2026 to
December 31, 2026 at a cost of $536,774.00
2. On motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg, the Board approved
Resolution #2-2026 approving the Justice Court Funds Audit Fiscal Year ending May 31,
2025.
On motion of Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Weinberg and carried, the Board
closed the Regular meeting at 7:06 p.m.
