APPLICATIONS BEFORE THE BOARD: 1. Application of Manish Kumar – request for a variance proposing to construct a new single two (2) story home with a new driveway, in-ground pool, pickle ball court, and entry piers and gates. Specifically: 1) a variance from Article V §216-30 (Street Frontage) where 140ft is the required minimum, 54ft is existing, and 86ft variance is requested; 2) a variance from Article V §216-27 (B) (Lot Coverage) with 25% maximum allowable, 30.33% is proposed and 5.33% variance is requested at 1 Bacon Road. Application of Gary and Svetlana Starkman – request for a variance from Article IV §216-14 B(2) (Volume) proposing to construct additions and alterations to the existing one story dwelling such as: a large roof area, in-ground pool, reconfigure driveway and remove existing tennis court with 81,935cf allowable, 89,115cf proposed, and 7,180cf variance requested at 8 Rolling Hill Road.
