IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
PUBLIC ACCESS TO AND PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETING
THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA TELECONFERENCE ONLY
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the owners of record of real property located
within the Pershall Road Transportation Development District (the "District'') will be held at 11 :00 a.m.
on Thursday, October 7, 2021, via teleconference only, at the office of Development Dynamics, LLC,
I 001 Boardwalk Springs Place, Suite 50, O'Fallon, Missouri 63368, pursuant to the Missouri
Transportation Development District Act, Sections 238.200 to 238.280 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, as amended, and the District's bylaws.
The St. Louis County Executive has issued executive orders due to the COVID-19
pandemic. The meeting location will remain closed to the public until further notice in order to
limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and to protect the safety, health and welfare of the public.
Members of the public wishing to participate via teleconference, please dial (866) 899-4679

The public may submit written comments by email to llasbley@dlteam.org. All comments
must be limited to 400 words. All comments received by email the day of the regularly scheduled
meeting at least one hour prior to the posted start time of the meeting will be read into the record
during the public comments portion of the meeting, and reflected in the meeting minutes.
