Establish 2025 Goals

Review and Feedback on Drafted Goals: The committee is provided with a drafted set of goals for 2025. Each member should review these goals and provide feedback for discussion.

Agreement on Final Goals: Once the committee has finalized and agreed upon the 2025 goals, the next steps will follow.

Assigning Goal Leaders: Each finalized goal will have a designated committee member assigned to lead its implementation. These leaders will be responsible for tracking progress and reporting updates.

Progress Reports: Assigned committee members will provide progress reports for their respective goals during each committee meeting.

Collaboration with Staff: While committee members will take the lead on each goal, they will receive assistance from staff members to help achieve these objectives. It’s important to note that staff members will not act as the primary leaders for any goal.
